XPO Logistics, Inc.'s North American truckload business was acquired by TransForce Inc. for approximately $558 million following an auction process. Scudder Law Firm served as counsel to XPO in the transaction.

Scudder Law Firm represented XPO Logistics, Inc. in the $87 million cash purchase of the Landstar Supply Chain Solutions business from Landstar. The LSCS business was focused on logistics and brokerage operations to support the expedited auto parts delivery market.

XPO Logistics, Inc. (NYSE: XPO) acquired the assets of Turbo Logistics, Inc. and Turbo Dedicated, Inc., providers of non-asset based third-party logistics services, for a purchase price of $50 million. Scudder Law Firm represented XPO in negotiating, documenting, and closing the transaction.
