Alexi joined Scudder Law Firm in 2024 as an associate attorney.
Alexi focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate compliance, securities reporting and compliance, securities offerings, business formation, corporate finance, and general corporate matters.
Alexi received her J.D., with distinction, in 2024 from the University of Nebraska College of Law with concentrations in business transactions and national security, cyber, and international law. While in law school, Alexi received the McGrath North Excellence in Legal Writing Award. In 2021, Alexi received her B.A., with high distinction, in Classical Languages and Classics and Religious Studies from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln.
