Cal joined Scudder Law Firm in 2023 as an associate attorney.
Cal focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate compliance, securities reporting and compliance, securities offerings, business formation, corporate finance, and general corporate matters.
Cal received his J.D., with high distinction, in 2023 from the University of Nebraska College of Law where he completed the business transactions and investments and financial practice programs of concentrated study. In 2018, Cal received his B.S. in Agricultural Business Management from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. While in law school, Cal served as class president for his graduating class and received the McGrath North Excellence in Legal Writing Award and was the 2023 recipient of the David A. Ludtke – Great Plains Federal Tax Institute scholarship for his work in tax and business law courses. Prior to attending law school, Cal worked in freight brokerage at C.H. Robinson .
